As the arrival to the accommodation unit is done in private arrangement, mainly by private cars, it is not the obligation of the travel agency to provide insurance for the vehicle, luggage, and passengers. Transportation from the e.g. airport to the final destination can be arranged by the tourist agency. When booking the accommodation, it is necessary to provide: full name, full address, phone number, and the dates of the beginning and of the end of your stay at the respective appartment, and specify any special request that you think we can fulfill.
