ANTONÍN VOJTEK - PAINTER FROM SOUTH MORAVA ( Czech Republic ) The sense of living is work, caring for the family, friendship and love. The essence of happiness is the inner satisfaction, the will and optimism, the capacity of good, the successful compromise; to have the understanding for the others and clear thoughts. Happy people are not evil. Evil people are not happy. A good life has to be made of art of relaxation, to all the people, even your enemies. A man has to love all his life. To love nature, to love people and love the capability of human hands. The love is not partial, the love is not dividable, the love is everything. We count the hours, we measure the speed, we count the money, we measure the distances, we take the blod pressure and count the heart beats. Think well, which are the words most often spoken by people around you; I have little time or I have not time at all. No, I don't want to make you go slower or interfere in your way of thinking. It is not my concern. But, do stop sometimes, remember my offer which was also made to many acquaintances and now i am offering it to you: "Come to Vojtkovs for a memorable holiday!" Many businessmen have already accepted our offer. When you meet them they will tell you their impressions. How do I paint and why I paint it that way ?! My philosophy is like this. I am going to paint until everything will have been said. I want to leave the space for the observer, the space for his dreams. To paint the images which are in me. My impressions. To give just a hint but leave the secretiveness within the painting. My paintings are not for those who do not know how to look at, who lack the phantasy. I have tended to happiness all my life!
