It is only 800 m away from the sea and all the attractions of Zivogosce Blato. Thanks to the position and the beautiful position bathed in the sun, surrounded by olive groves, pine trees and indigenous Mediterranean plants, it provides privacy and a peaceful holiday. The villa is located within the old traditional indigenous complex of stone Dalmatian houses in a row 80 m away from the road. The villa is specially fenced with its own garden, parking, private pool, sauna, jacuzzi, flowers, etc.
The terrace of the villa offers a beautiful panoramic southern view of the sea, the island of Hvar, the Peljesac peninsula, and on the north side of the mountain Biokovo. The villa is located on a location of 120 m2 and consists of 3 floors, with a total area of 147 m2, the outdoor content gives complete privacy and true relaxation. On the outdoor mostly covered terrace of approximately 50 m2 there is an outdoor pool of 12 m2, depth 120 cm (the pool has its own heating), a massive table for 6 people, armchairs for the terrace and deck chairs.

PRICE OF RENTING A VILLA PER NIGHT

THE PRICE OF THE VILLA INCLUDES: Tourist tax, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, toiletries, parking and final cleaning.

PETS: Not allowed. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS: No additional costs.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: In order to secure the reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total reservation. The costs of the sending bank and the receiving bank shall be borne by the sender in full.

NOTE: After you make the reservation, we will provide you with the exact address and all other documentation. For security reasons, we are unable to issue facility information and travel documents in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

DEPOSIT: Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to deposit € 500 with the owner of the apartment, which will be refunded if he / she has not damaged the accommodation unit.

CHECK-IN: The guest can enter the accommodation unit after 2:00 PM, CHECK-OUT: The guest must leave the accommodation unit til 10:00 AM.
